PAST EXPERIENCE
· Immunology—we have evaluated immune responses elicited by candidate vaccines in mouse and monkey models, using ELISA, FACS, and ELISPOT.
· Infectious disease—we have designed and carried out pre-clinical efficacy study for a prophylactic vaccine against the SARS-Coronavirus in Rhesus Macaques under Bio-safety Level 3 regulations.
· Oncology – we have evaluated several compounds in pre-clinical efficacy studies on syngenic and xenogenic murine tumor models, including Lewis lung carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, colorectal cancer, and sarcoma.
